Job Title: Team Leader – 3-5 yrs experience
Country INDIA - Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities:
Requirements gathering and documentation
Conducting,leading and coordinating software development activities throughout the project, including key design decisions for the technology,
Structure and configuration of the system Investigating new technologies
Monitor Team performance and activity
Job Requirements:
B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech[Computer Science/IT] from reputed institutes (IIT/NIT candidates will get more preference).
Cut off %: 10th(75%), 12th(75%), Degree (60%). 3-5 Years of work experience .
Strong analytical and technical skills Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms
Good in Java, JSP, Struts, Javascript, AJAX. Good in design patterns.
Experience of UI libraries (e.g. jQuery, YUI, mootools, prototype, etc.).
Product User Interface design and development experience is expected.
Rich Internet Application development is preferred.
The candidate should be a good team player.
